Job Role:
Customer Support Executive – Virtual (Work From Home)

Location:
Remote (Hiring office in Noida, candidates must reside in Delhi NCR: Noida, Gurugram, Meerut)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide international voice support and handle customer inquiries.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure issue resolution.

Work in night shifts with flexible rotational week offs.

Follow company guidelines and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10+2; graduates and postgraduates eligible.

Freshers can apply; BPO experience is an advantage.

Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).

Customer service and telecalling skills.

Ability to handle voice processes in international BPO setup.

Comfortable with night shifts and flexible work schedule.

Salary:
₹3.85 – 4.56 LPA + additional benefits
